While the Carbon-Creating Consumer Economy we have today creates massive amounts of carbon. Carbon-Consuming Circular Economies consume that same carbon, and create carbon-negative communities, with carbon-negative infrastructure like education, well care, healthcare, and housing provided at near zero marginal cost.
