8 Entrepreneurship Goals to Set For Yourself

In a way, entrepreneurship is the practice of setting goals and achieving those goals. Running a business means setting and accomplishing a variety of financial and non-financial business goals. Without these targets, it is almost impossible to advance a business. That is why a large part of entrepreneurship is learning how to set, manage, and accomplish business goals.

But, while setting business goals is necessary, many entrepreneurs fail to focus on the goals that mean a lot to them personally. On the road to growing your business, there are some personal development milestones that you may want to achieve along the way. These goals can not only help you personally but will also help your business excel. In this article, we will look at a few entrepreneurship goals you may want to set for yourself.

Improve Problem-Solving Ability

If there is one thing that entrepreneurs need a high skill set in, it’s problem-solving. This doesn’t always come easy. And, doing too much problem-solving can really wear you down if you let it. But, at the end of the day, there will always be problems and issues that arise. One of the traits that determine how skilled you are as an entrepreneur is your ability to handle those issues.

One of the best ways to improve your problem-solving abilities is to know your business from the ground up. If you know how to do every single job (to some degree), then you will know what needs to happen if a problem were to show up at any step in the process. This also helps build trust and respect from your team.

A few other great habits to work on to help with this skill are enhancing your creative thinking skills. When you think creatively you tend to come up with solutions that may not be easily identifiable. You also want to maintain a positive outlook along with a growth mindset. Learn to become confident in the decisions that you make when faced with a problem.

Learn to Manage Time Well

We all have the same 24 hours in a day. We also all have different things that seem to suck that time up like a vacuum. One of the best ways to manage your time is to sit down and build a time management strategy.

Here are some of the best-known time management and productivity techniques that you may want to test.

  • The Pomodoro Technique– This technique involves breaking work into 25-minute intervals, or “pomodoros”, separated by short breaks.
  • Eisenhower Matrix– This approach is based on categorizing tasks based on their importance and urgency. Tasks are classified as important/not important and urgent/not urgent and prioritized accordingly to ensure that the most important tasks are given priority.
  • Eat That Frog– This philosophy emphasizes tackling the most challenging task first thing in the morning, rather than procrastinating or avoiding it. By completing the most difficult task early in the day, you can build momentum and feel a sense of accomplishment that can carry you through the rest of the day.
  • Time Blocking– This strategy involves scheduling specific blocks of time for specific tasks or activities.
  • Getting Things Done– This methodology is based on the idea of breaking down tasks into actionable steps and organizing them into a comprehensive system.
  • Pareto Analysis– You might know this as the “80/20 rule”. The rule states that 80% of your results come from 20% of the causes. By focusing on the vital few causes that are responsible for the majority of the problems, you prioritize and allocate resources effectively to achieve the greatest impact.

Each strategy is different for each entrepreneur. The strategy that works best will depend on your schedule, team, type of business, and responsibilities. Don’t be afraid to test out different techniques and use what works and ditch what doesn’t.

Become a Better Communicator

Communication is a vital aspect of all areas of life. But, it is even more necessary for entrepreneurs who want to excel. In a world where it is very easy to misinterpret and leave people offended and angry, you need to be able to communicate effectively, and efficiently. This includes communication with your customers, employees, co-founders, and partners.

Communication is not just learning to speak more clearly, it also involves knowing how and when to stop and listen. Many people miss this side of the equation. That simple oversight can very easily become their downfall. Practice listening before responding. Take notes if you need to. When you stop and really listen to what people are saying it makes it easy to communicate with them on any topic or issue.

Achieve Work-Life Balance

As an entrepreneur, there are going to be many days and nights that run together. Whether it be in the early stages of a business when you’re trying to get all of the pieces lined up, or later on when success is hitting and there are so many things that need your attention right now.

All of that is super exciting. However, if you don’t incorporate and practice work-life balance, your dream of being an entrepreneur and having a life could slide down a very steep hill. Work on finding stress management techniques that work for you. This might take a little bit of trial and error.

Find time for things that aren’t business-related. Things like exercise, eating nutritious foods, taking time to spend with friends and family, reading a book, completing a puzzle, or maybe a much-needed spa day.

Build a Business or Product People Love

In a very saturated market where people constantly have access to new things at the touch of a button. And, as marketing becomes more creative, it is easier now to sell products to anyone. However, just because products sell, doesn’t mean that the product is great. It just means it was marketed well.

It’s important to build a business or product that your customers love. One thing to keep in mind for this one is to create something that brings value to your customers. Whether that is a product or service, build something that they can enjoy and rely on when they need it.

When focusing on your business or product you also want to work on creating relationships with your customers. Take their feedback from reviews and social media. Use that to create a brand that can be trusted and make them want to come back to you for products or services that they need.

Give Back to an Important Cause

This is sometimes one of the best ways to not only build a strong business but also to allow you to support those around you. With so many great causes out there, find ones that truly matter to you and your customers. This can be as simple as giving a donation or sponsoring an event or product. You might be surprised how much this can boost your mood and your business.

Mentor Other Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneur mentorship is crucial for new business owners who lack experience in starting and running a successful venture. A mentor can provide valuable guidance, knowledge, and expertise that can help entrepreneurs navigate the challenges and pitfalls of starting a business. They can also offer emotional support and encouragement. Which we all know entrepreneurs need. Mentors can also help entrepreneurs develop important skills like networking, marketing, and financial management.

Mentorship can help entrepreneurs avoid costly mistakes and make more informed decisions. Also, a mentor can provide access to a wider network of contacts and resources. These resources come in handy and can help business owners grow their businesses. Ultimately, mentorship can help new entrepreneurs develop the skills and confidence they need to achieve their goals and thrive in their chosen fields.

Achieve Financial Freedom or Stability

During the beginning stages of running a business, many founders do what they can just to keep the doors open. This sometimes means sacrificing their pay in order to re-invest in the business. Many business owners also fund their ventures by using their own funds. While this may be a necessary step for some to get the business going, eventually, this practice can harm an entrepreneur’s financial future.

A major goal entrepreneurs should have is to reach financial freedom or at least financial stability. While this doesn’t always mean selling your startup for $100 million, it does mean that you recoup your time and financial investments. As you’re running your business, or perhaps after an exit, you should be more financially stable than when you started. You should also have the freedom and means to start another business, perhaps a non-profit, or even take an early retirement.

As an entrepreneur, you took the risk of starting your business. You should also reap the rewards of making it successful.

Conclusion

There are many goals that entrepreneurs might have. And each entrepreneur has their vision of what they want to accomplish. While you’re creating a list of goals you want to accomplish, be sure to not leave these off of your list. After you put these into practice you can then build on them to continue to grow as an entrepreneur and as a person.

Mobile Marketing vs Email Marketing: Understanding the Difference Between Them

Whether on a desktop, a laptop, or a mobile device, the average person is immersed in tech, and often bombarded by ads. This means that your small business needs to be tactical, smart, and strategic when trying to get the average person’s attention. After all, you’re not the only person trying to do so!

It takes strategy and thought to stand out above the competition. Part of this strategy is knowing what kind of marketing will give you the best chance at meeting your goals. Mobile marketing and email marketing are two types of marketing that are among your options.

How many hours a day do you spend on your cell phone?

How many hours a day do you spend on your email?

Mobile marketing and email marketing are two of the most powerful digital marketing strategies in today’s business landscape. As more and more people use their mobile devices to browse the internet and make purchasing decisions, it’s crucial for businesses to adapt their marketing strategies to reach customers where they are.

In this article, we will explore the similarities and differences between mobile marketing and email marketing, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each strategy.

Mobile Marketing

Mobile marketing refers to any marketing effort that targets consumers on their mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. This can include mobile-friendly websites, mobile apps, SMS and MMS marketing, and mobile advertising.

Cell phones are so commonplace that a company that doesn’t use mobile marketing isn’t just behind the times; they’re actively disadvantaging themselves from the mainstream.

There are a number of ways mobile marketing can become part of your overall marketing strategy.

First, before implementing mobile marketing, know that there are privacy issues associated with this. You’ll need to have a clearly defined data protection policy before you proceed. You must consider how you will store consumer data. Consider the laws of the jurisdictions that may apply to you.

Next, think about if an app might be applicable to your business. Is an app suitable for promoting your product or your services? Could an app help you reach a wider audience, or to become more efficient? Apps can often reduce the number of labor costs.

Primarily, though, consider how you will use the mobile function. Will you send text message notifications? Will you send reminders to your existing customers? Using location-based technology, will you try to target potential customers to drive sales? Finally, consider what your site looks like using a mobile device. Ensure that it is equally appealing as it would be to a desktop user. These are just a few possibilities for mobile marketing.

Email Marketing

Email can be a pleasure or it can be torture, depending on your perspective. At work, many of us are required to use email. In our personal lives, email can help us keep in touch with friends or with family members. It can also help us stay updated about causes we care about. But as a marketing tool, email can be a powerful tool.

Email marketing involves sending promotional messages, advertisements, or newsletters via email to a list of subscribers. Currently, it is one of the most effective ways to reach out to potential customers and build relationships with existing ones. Emails sent can include a variety of content, such as product announcements, company news, blog posts, special offers, and more.

One of the main reasons email marketing is so effective is that it allows businesses to target specific audiences with personalized messages. Marketers can create campaigns that are segmented based on demographics, behavior, location, and other criteria. This ensures that each subscriber receives content that is relevant to their interests and needs. This is one of the reasons why using email marketing can increase customer conversions.

Here are some times when you would want to implement email marketing:

  • If you’re a new businesses that want to build interest by keeping prospective customers updated.
  • Established businesses that want to build a customer newsletter.
  • Businesses with a customer database who want to reward these customers with exclusive promo codes, coupon codes, or special promotions.
  • Before and during a new product launch.

These are just a few ways that email marketing can work for businesses, with minimal effort.

Once prospective or current customers opt-in to your emails, make sure your emails are high-quality. Don’t spam those on your list, and make sure to offer an easy way to opt out.

The Difference Between Mobile Marketing and Email Marketing

While there are some similarities between mobile marketing and email marketing, there are some differences.

Mobile marketing can be tailored based on the person’s location and other specifications. So, it can be considered more personal. This more personal nature is also because customers using mobile devices are said to be more serious about their intention to purchase. Mobile marketing is done with the intention to convert someone into making a purchase. It can be a powerful tool for creating sales. It should be noted that mobile platforms typically have limitations that desktop platforms do not. Some functions that can be seen on a desktop or laptop may not be visible in a mobile app, so it’s important to keep this in mind.

Email marketing is a more general or passive way of marketing. After the customer opts into your emails, you will send them content. But their content is the same content that everyone receives. Email marketing, while it might not immediately cause someone to make a purchase, contributes to the good reputation of the brand. Email marketing also reminds people of the brand and of its value to the consumer.

It is important to note that some mobile marketing strategies perform better than email marketing when it comes to engagement. SMS text open rates are an amazing 98% compared to just 20% of emails. However, in terms of ROI, email still a leading money maker. Email marketing generates $42 for every $1 spent in ROI, and is 40x more effective in new customer acquisition than any other popular current marketing channels such as social media paid ads.

Conclusion

As you create a marketing plan for your business, marketing options abound. Understanding the differences between mobile marketing and email marketing can help you choose the best strategy for your business. Based on your own experience alone, you know that the modern world is full of technology. By incorporating the best of both worlds, you can maintain the good name of your business and create sales in the process.

7 In-Demand Online Businesses

Online businesses have become increasingly popular due to their low start-up costs, flexibility, and global reach. Many entrepreneurs are now opting to launch their own online businesses instead of traditional brick-and-mortar stores.

We all know that there are many types of online businesses a potential entrepreneur could start. But, which online businesses are currently in demand? In this article, we will explore some of the most in-demand online businesses that have gained popularity in recent years. Many of which you can run by yourself with little investment.

Video Creation/Editing

Many businesses and individuals that have a website presence or social media accounts aren’t always good with this aspect of the business. But with most customer bases, it’s definitely necessary. This brings an abundance of opportunities for those willing to work for it.

With nearly 3 billion active users, the demand for content on YouTube continues to rise. Individuals, influencers, and businesses are often looking for video editors to help them bring deliver their messages to their fans and subscribers. Video content is also necessary for social media. Especially visual platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

You could start building your portfolio and website by helping friends and family out at no cost. You can then use those examples to begin bringing new clients on board. Another great way to get some exposure is to work with a local non-profit or charitable organization.

Logo Creation and Graphic Design

With over 4 million businesses starting up every year, you know there are a lot of ways to put your design skills to work. U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects jobs in graphic design are projected to grow 3% now through 2029. This is slower than some occupations, according to the BLS. This slow growth may be due to a decrease in print production. However, the bureau states that the need for digitally based graphic design is growing, and it will likely continue to do so.

It might be slightly difficult to make a living on just building logos, especially at first. But you could start this one as a side hustle. Over time, creating a logo creation or graphic design business can become very lucrative as the demand for this service continues to increase.

Social Media Marketing

Social media marketing and social media management have been in-demand businesses for the past 7-8 years. With most businesses having multiple social media accounts there is just not enough time in the day for them to run all of them themselves and keep them up-and-current. Starting a social media management business is not only lucrative but it is also one of the easiest online businesses to start.

Social media marketing involves creating and posting content for businesses and organizations. It can also involve moderating accounts and running paid ads for clients.

Some larger companies might require you to have a degree in journalism or marketing. But if that’s not in the cards for you at the current moment, try working with smaller businesses so that you can begin to show experience and quality work. Networking is a major component of this line of business. You never know how one account might lead you to something bigger and better.

SEO Consulting and Marketing

Search Engine Optimization helps businesses become more visible to those potential customers. As an SEO consultant or marketer, you would help these businesses’ websites be seen by more people. Even with the threat of AI taking some of the dominance away from traditional search engines, SEO marketing is still seen as one of the most necessary services for businesses. The vast majority of the population still seeks search engines to get the answers, information, and recommendations they need. This is especially true for making purchases.

Search engines are always evolving and changing and that means strategies have to be constantly updated. For business owners who are trying to run an entire business, there aren’t enough hours in the day for you to sit and try and figure out an SEO strategy. This is one of the most sought-after career fields in digital marketing.

Freelance Virtual Administrative Assistant

Freelance virtual assistants provide a very valuable service to clients who need administrative support but do not want to hire a full-time employee. These VAs provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to businesses, entrepreneurs, or individuals on a project or contractual basis. They typically work remotely from their home office, providing virtual assistance via email, phone, or video conferencing tools.

  • Managing emails and calendars
  • Handling customer inquiries and responding to emails
  • Data entry and document management
  • Bookkeeping and invoicing
  • Social media management
  • Research and report writing
  • Travel planning and coordination
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Personal assistance to busy executives

One reason why this is an in-demand business is because nearly every business needs these services. However, because of technology, having in-house administrative support is not always necessary. Most freelance VAs work on a project basis. You can also charge clients on an hourly or per-project basis. VAs have the flexibility to work with multiple clients and can set their schedules and work from anywhere with an internet connection. As one of the easiest freelance online businesses to start, this type of business can be up and running usually within a week.

Full-Stack Developer

If you know all things tech and can build systems and break down codes and web products, you are already a step ahead in this line of work. This is also in very high demand as most businesses don’t know the ins and outs of how computers and their systems work. and they need someone to be able to complete these tasks effectively and efficiently.

A full-stack developer is responsible for developing software applications from front-end to back-end. They are skilled in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Node.js, and SQL.

Full-stack developers are able to create the user interface and user experience, handle server-side programming, and manage databases. They are also proficient in deploying and maintaining software applications. Essentially, a full-stack developer has a deep understanding of all aspects of software development and is able to work on both the client and server sides of an application.

You might have to work on-site for this type of work at least part of the time. You may also need to collaborate with others on the team such as designers, developers, and external suppliers to make sure everything works together as it should.

Social Influencer

The influencer market is growing at a feverish pace. Influencer marketing worldwide is expected to reach 22.2 billion U.S. dollars by 2025, more than double the amount recorded in 2020. This presents a huge opportunity for those who want to start an online business but may not have any specialized skills but want to build a community.

Influencers earn income by promoting products or services on social media platforms. Their main focus should be building a loyal following and creating a personal brand. That brand can lead to other business opportunities, such as collaborations with brands or sponsorships. Since the potential to earn is high and the barrier of entry is low, becoming an influencer takes focus. You’ll need to make sure to publish great content regularly and engage with your followers.

Conclusion

All online businesses require effort and work to succeed. There are several things everyone should do before starting an online business. Once started, you will also need to make sure to have the right marketing strategy for your online business. With so many great options out there, and many of them not requiring a lot of extensive training or even experience, you can make a living doing things that you love online!

7 Fitness Entrepreneur Business Ideas

Starting a fitness business is a great way to combine your passion for fitness with your entrepreneurial spirit. The fitness industry has seen significant growth in recent years. The health and fitness sector contributes up to $91.22 billion per year to the global gross domestic product. And that’s just gyms and fitness centers. In the United States alone the industry is worth $35 billion.

Becoming a fitness entrepreneur means running any business that revolves around the fitness industry. In this article, we’ll take a look at a few of the best fitness businesses you should consider starting if you want to become a fitness entrepreneur.

Personal Training Business

One of the most popular types of fitness entrepreneurial ventures to start is a personal training business. As a personal trainer, you’ll work with clients one-on-one to create customized workout plans that help them reach their fitness goals. This type of business can be operated out of a gym or fitness center. Some clients may even request in-home training sessions.

Employment of fitness trainers and instructors is projected to grow 19 percent from 2021 to 2031. Becoming a personal trainer has become a popular fitness business to pursue. And no wonder. There are several benefits to doing so.

One of the benefits of starting a personal training business is that it is easy and you can work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. You can also choose the type of clients you want to take on. For example, you can specialize in helping athletes improve performance. Or, you can help those people just looking to lose a little weight and get into shape.

One of the challenges of starting a personal training business is that you’ll need to build a client base. This can take time, especially if you’re just starting out. You’ll need to market your services, network with potential clients, and provide high-quality training sessions to keep your clients coming back.

Since the competition for personal training is fairly high, you must set clear goals for this type of fitness business. Otherwise, you may find yourself struggling to stand out in the industry.

Fitness Brand Apparel Entrepreneur

If passionate about fitness and fashion, then starting your own fitness brand apparel company is something to consider.

When starting this type of fitness business, you’ll need to think like a fashion entrepreneur as well as a fitness entrepreneur. This means understanding what it takes to run a clothing business. Things like developing a brand name, logo, and design aesthetic that aligns with the values and interests of the target audience, just to name a few.

After establishing the brand identity, it is important to develop a product line that meets the needs and preferences of the target audience. You’ll need to choose the fabrics, colors, and styles that appeal to your potential customers. While many clothing lines prioritize looks, you’ll also need to make sure your brand is functional and comfortable enough for physical activity.

Once the business is up and running, it is important to continuously monitor and adjust the product line, marketing strategies, and brand identity based on customer feedback and market trends.

Fitness Influencer

Fitness influencers are everywhere. Platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok have made it possible for just about anyone to gain fame and notoriety but just staying in shape and being knowledgeable about fitness. Fitness influencing is a large part of the influencer market. Which is a $15 billion industry.

However, becoming a fitness influencer is more than posting work pictures and videos. In this competitive landscape, you’ll need to put extra effort in if you want to stand out. Besides making sure your social media content is visually appealing, you should also create helpful posts to drive your engagement and following.

Collaborate with other fitness influencers to expand your network, gain exposure to new audiences, and create new opportunities for your brand. Running contests and giveaways can also attract new followers. Attend fitness industry events, conferences, and workshops to network with other professionals, learn about the latest trends and research, and build your expertise.

As an influencer, the easiest way to make money is through sponsored posts on platforms like Instagram. But you can also earn money from video views on YouTube and TikTok.

Gym/Fitness Center Owner

If you’re looking for a larger-scale fitness business to start, and have the capital, opening a gym or fitness center might be the right choice. Operating a gym comes with a lot of responsibility. However, running a successful gym can be rewarding for any fitness entrepreneur.

One of the benefits of starting a gym or fitness center is that you can cater to a wide range of interests and fitness levels. You can provide a comprehensive fitness experience for your clients, which can help you build a loyal following.

One of the challenges of starting a gym or fitness center is that it can be expensive. A modest studio gym could cost $65,000, while a mid-size gym could cost $115,000. If you want to take advantage of an already established gym brand you can choose to become a franchisee.

Here are some of the total investment costs for opening a fitness center:

  • Jazzercise Inc-$2,405 to $3,200
  • Anytime Fitness-$58,870 to $521,437
  • Planet Fitness-$1 million to $4.1 million
  • Orangetheory Fitness-$563,529 to $999,121

You’ll need to purchase or lease a large space, invest in equipment and staff, and potentially market your services to a wide audience. However, if you’re able to create a successful gym or fitness center, the potential for growth and profitability is high.

Online Fitness Trainer

An online fitness business is a type of business whose popularity skyrocketed during the 2020 pandemic. Many people looking to stay in shape began looking for other options when gyms and fitness centers were temporarily shut down. Many personal trainers and fitness experts took this opportunity to make their services available online.

Now, there is no need for a pandemic as potential fitness entrepreneurs can launch their fitness business 100% online from day 1. As an online fitness entrepreneur, you’ll need to do the same work as if you were starting an offline fitness business. However, you’ll also need to do a little more to win in this arena.

You’ll have to choose whether you want to conduct one-on-one classes, group live sessions, or prerecorded classes. Of course, you have the option to provide all three. You will also need to have a high-quality camera. Since your interactions with clients will be entirely online, you need to make sure your tech makes you look your best.

This also includes having space to perform workouts, great lighting (natural or artificial), and the right equipment. You will also need to utilize data tracking and client relationship management software.

An online fitness business is a fairly easy online business to run. It allows you plenty of freedom and convenience. It also gives your clients the same benefits.

Fitness Equipment Sales

Fitness entrepreneurs who want to remain behind the scenes but understand the importance of having the right equipment to stay in shape may want to start a fitness equipment sales business. This type of business is one where you can sell fitness equipment to individuals or gyms. You’ll need to have knowledge of fitness equipment to run this type of business.

There are several ways to do this. One of the easiest is to buy equipment such as weights, resistance bands, or sports equipment at wholesale prices. Then, start an e-commerce store and place your equipment online. You can also sell those items at retail prices on Amazon.

Group Fitness Leader

A group fitness business is similar to a personal trainer in principle. However, instead of training one individual, you would be leading a group of people in a group workout. Group fitness businesses can include everything from yoga and Pilates classes to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and dance classes.

A key benefit of starting a group fitness business is that you can reach a large number of clients at once. This can help you build a strong community of like-minded individuals who are all working towards their fitness goals. It will also save you time and possibly free up your schedule.

In order to perform group fitness classes, however, you may need to find a facility to conduct your classes. Many group fitness leaders can hold classes in places like public parks. However, those leaders are at the mercy of the weather conditions. This means that if you live in an area like Seattle where there is constant rain and the winters are harsh, you wouldn’t be able to hold as many classes throughout the year.

Conclusion

Succeeding as a fitness entrepreneur is not easy but it is rewarding. There is something satisfying about having a business you love and helping others succeed with their fitness goals. Take the time to choose which business fitness your skillset and resources. Then, take the steps to make your fitness business dreams a reality.

5 Best Budget Business Laptops for 2023

In the fast-paced digital world of business and entrepreneurship, laptops have become essential tools. However, not everyone has the budget to shell out thousands of dollars for a high-end laptop. Thankfully, there are many affordable laptops available that offer great performance and features without breaking the bank.

What is a Budget Business Laptop?

A budget business laptop is a type of computer that is designed to meet the needs of small businesses or individuals who require a reliable and affordable computer for work-related tasks. These laptops are typically equipped with basic hardware specifications and software features that are necessary for performing essential business functions. Things like word processing, spreadsheet creation, and internet browsing, for example.

Budget business laptops generally have a lower price point than high-end models. This makes them accessible to businesses and individuals with limited budgets. This makes it great for entrepreneurs who are just starting. But, may also have a shorter lifespan than more expensive laptops. The average lifespan of laptops is estimated to be between 3-5 years. Although Apple laptops on, average, have been known to last longer. However, laptops that have an average price of $700 or less can be expected to last 2-4 years.

However, they are great for most office applications and can handle basic multitasking. Another plus is that they are often designed to be durable and withstand the wear and tear of everyday use.

What to Consider When Buying a Business Budget Laptop

When selecting a budget business laptop, it is important to consider factors. Just like when buying any laptop, you need to understand what you will be using that laptop for. Since you’re reading this article, it is assumed that you need something that can handle your workload quickly, easily, and reliably.

If you are doing mostly web-based work you can get away with a computer that only has 4GB. But, the cost savings may not be worth it if you have important work to do promptly.
  • 128GB SSD or Higher-If you’re using mostly cloud-based storage, you should look to get a device that has a solid state hard drive that 128GB or more. SSD helps apps load faster.
